Here are some options you can consider, either individually or a combination of them:

1) Just let it runs its course. Your league is currently set to run through the playoffs. When the playoffs hit certain players will not be able to make a pick if they've picked the team before. The ultimate winner will be the player with the highest Strength of Victory. In case anyone complains, this was specified as part of the default rules for survivor leagues. This is how I'm managing my leagues.

2) For the last two weeks change your league setting to require players to make 2 picks instead of one. This will cause faster attrition the last two weeks. Some of the other larger leagues have already done this.

3) You could change your league setting to cause it to end at the end of the regular season. Players still alive with both lives get to split the pot. There is not a setting to do this, you would have to do it yourself. That is, the person leading in SOV will show up on the standings page as the winner. 

4) One manager wants her league to run through the playoffs, and also wants players to be able to pick a team again. She plans to change her 'Times Team can be Picked' from 1 to 2 ast the start of the 1st playoff week.
