If a person misses one game, and I have the setting to not count this as a loss, how is that game counted for the one player.  For example, if there are 15 games, and the player picks 14 games and forgets one game, and he has 10 winners and 4 losses, what is his record? Is his record 10-4? Or 10-4-1?

Also, this week there is a 9:30 ET game in London.  My deadline is noon Sunday.  If a person forgets to pick this game in time, will he be able to pick the rest before noon?  And what will happen to that game.  The setting for a person who forgets to pick is set to giving favorites.  If they forget this one game in time, will he be given favorites, or will it be a non-pick?

A no pick is kind of like a walk in baseball, its not a win or loss (or tie).

Yes, the player should be able to pick any game provided your deadline has not past and a game hasn't started. If you have auto-pick enabled, it will make a pick for games not selected. In a sense, auto-pick overrides the "is no pick a loss" setting since an auto-pick will be generated for them. The only time the "is no pick a loss" setting comes into play is when the player runs out of auto-picks.
