Player accts different fees/doubling fees?

The player with the double fees is because he already submitted picks this week (see Standings page). So, the 'fees due" always shows the total due assuming they are going to pick that week. The "Weekly Pickem" is a new feature so I'm definitely open to opinions. I could change it to where the fees due only updates when they submit a pick. 

Right now there isn't a way to set both weekly and season fees due. However, I'm not sure its really needed, because if someone pays for the whole season (or even part of it), you can record this in the Fees Paid column.
