Posted Sep 26, 2019 at 12:19 PM A player is having trouble logging in. I keep having to make his picks each week. I went to the control panel and selected edit player. I changed the two lines being his e-mail and his password and then pressed the update button and nothing happens. Can you advise. |

It should show a pop-up message when the password is changed. Perhaps do each separately. Do the password first, then try to log in using his username and the new pasasword. Once in you could go change the email, provided its not an email that is already in use.
