Posted Sep 12, 2019 at 6:12 PM Someone signed up twice by accident, so I deleted one of them. Turns out the one I deleted had her pick on it.
I think I got it corrected, but it put it her correct pick at the bottom, below all the pink ones that lost. It's green but it doesn't show the correct accumulation yet.
Is that what the clear cache button does? Does that re-juggle the correct order? What does that button do?

Hi Tim,
Try setting her to out-of-lives, then back to active, and that will give her a life. It will do this automatically after the week is over but this should clear it up now.

Just go to Manager -> Player Status page, and from there you ca set her to out-of-lives, then set her back to active.
