Someone signed up twice by accident

Someone signed up twice by accident, so I deleted one of them.   Turns out the one I deleted had her pick on it.

I think I got it corrected, but it put it her correct pick at the bottom, below all the pink ones that lost.   It's green but it doesn't show the correct accumulation yet.

Is that what the clear cache button does?   Does that re-juggle the correct order?  What does that button do?

Thanks

Hi Tim,

Try setting her to out-of-lives, then back to active, and that will give her a life. It will do this automatically after the week is over but this should clear it up now.

Not sure how to do that.   I have tried everything..  Have  moved both of her entries in and out.

Tanks Bar.    You can see hers at the bottom of the standings.

Just go to Manager -> Player Status page, and from there you ca set her to out-of-lives, then set her back to active.

Looks like we got it working again...thanks for that..    but her SOV doesn't seem to be adding that first team that we made inactive, and back to active...

Let me know the name and I can correct it for you. If you don't want to reveal it here feel free to file a ticket with the help desk.

Not adding the SOV values, and not placing her in the right place on the standings order.

I appreciate all your help, but it still doesn't look correct..  it should be a 5 and a 43...  for a 48?
