buy back errors

I'm having problems in my league with folks who have bought back. They are getting an error message saying that I need to approve their buybacks. Problem is that I've already done that. I've also tried reverting their buyback and then approving them again. They still can't make a pick after I did that. I had them try logging out and then back in. Still no go.

I want to keep the approval function on so please help with this. Lots of people complaining.
