I have a pool set up for this year but one of the players from last year forgot his password. Is there a way for him to retrieve that?

Otherwise if he makes a new account he will lose past years satistics. What to do?

He should try the forgot password link, but he'll need to remember either the username or email he signed up with. Perhaps the best thing to do is for you to go in and change his password and let hikm know (and also give him his username). Just go to your Full Control Panel, hit 'Edit Player Profile', and take it from there.

Sorry but I don't see any "forgot password' You can only change the password as long as you know their old password.

Doh, you're right, I'll see if there is a way to change that. The forgot password link is on the home page underneath where you log in on the right hand side.

OK, the change password link is gone, replacing it is a box on the Edit Profile page that shows the player's username, and allows you to change the password without knowing the previous one.  That change password link was pretty lame by requiring you to know the player's old password, which made it mostly useless.
